The 1st round of 2016 Indonesia National Buggy Champ was held on 12-13 March 2016 at MRCC Track, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia.

Drivers from Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Batam, Bali, Palembang, Aceh, Kendari and Medan attended this race. The race format was 6 rounds of 10 minutes qualifying times with 4 best rounds to count. The track was hardpacked with light dust.

After 6 times qualifying, I got TQ and I went to semi final A. In semi final A, I started from position no 1, got a good start and maintain it until the end of race. After race director sort the position from semi A and semi B, I started the main final from first place on the grid. I got clean start again without any collision, but around 30 min of race, my rear right tire got peeled off, so my father had to change it. My position dropped from 1st to 3rd. I then chase the leader and I got back my 1st position around 5 min before the race was over.
